"MAT TRICKS" with Birgit Scheefe

"MAT TRICKS" is a practical workshop for all Pilates instructors who want to expand and enrich their repertoire of floor exercises! You will not only learn variations of well-known floor exercises, but also understand how to create your own variations to best meet the needs of your clients, whether beginners or advanced.

The main topics are building regressions and progressions, using dynamics and developing three-dimensional exercises. Most of the exercises are done without tools. MAT TRICKS is a fun workshop that helps you to make your teaching creative and varied!
