The Reformer is a very versatile training device and is based on the original development of Joseph Pilates. It offers the possibilities to perform Pilates exercises, which can both facilitate movement sequences, but also make them significantly more difficult. Therefore, the Reformer is ideal for use in training as well as in therapy.
