The Reformer is a very versatile training device and is based on the original development of Joseph Pilates. It offers the possibilities to perform Pilates exercises, which can both facilitate movement sequences, but also make them significantly more difficult. Therefore, the Reformer is ideal for use in training as well as in therapy.

In the Polestar Pilates Reformer education we teach you knowledge about structured training planning in personal and group training as well as application strategies in the rehabilitative area. The education comprises over 200 hours.
