Description
In this 2-day in-person course you will learn how to use small equipment to increase the variety of your mat classes and the interest and enthusiasm of your customers!
Together we will spend a weekend exploring how the roller, the Pilates ring, small and large balls, the OOV and other Pilates-specific small equipment can be used as tools to achieve your clients' goals. With small equipment you can offer challenges as well as support and simplify exercises - giving your classes a very individual touch!
