Fascia training on the reformer (*hybrid course)

Description

In this training course, the current state of fascia science is transferred to efficient training on the versatile reformer!

The aim of the course is to teach meaningful, efficient and creative exercises, to experience old exercises in a new way and to question things that have been practised for a long time. Together we will explore new areas of movement when using the Reformer in group and individual training.

If you fancy reformers, this course is a MUST!

You can attend this hybrid course on-site or follow it online in an interactive format. We will ask for your preference before the course.

Requirements: Previous knowledge of Reformer training. Access to Reformer is required for live stream participation
