Teaching requires the use of all senses! In this course we will dive into the art of teaching, i.e. how you can optimally convey movement and what tips and tricks there are to make your Pilates classes multi-layered and customer-oriented. Topics include communication and tactile cuing and how somatic methods can support you in your teaching. The course is interactive and offers space for questions.
Birgit Scheefe is a POLESTAR educator, Feldenkrais teacher and dance teacher and has developed this course for anyone who wants to expand their ability to teach movement.
