Polestar Pilates Europe PREMIERE: Introduction to Pathokinesiology with Dr Brent Anderson in Paris, France!
For professionals who work with movement and wish to work confidently with illness, trauma and complex clinical presentations.
Introduction to Pathokinesiology
As Pilates teachers, we work with people, not just diagnoses, injuries or movement limitations.
Led by Dr Brent Anderson, this 5-hour course explores how pathology, physiology and movement interact, helping you to better understand the factors that influence a person’s ability to move, function and participate fully in life.
Through lectures, case studies, problem-solving and movement, you’ll explore movement across multiple physiological systems, including the neuromusculoskeletal, integumentary, respiratory and cardiovascular systems. The course encourages you to look beyond individual muscles and joints to understand the broader systems that shape movement and function.
