Description

In this workshop, you will learn to combine and apply up-to-date anatomical knowledge with Pilates exercises in a playful and intuitive way. The ideal course before or during your Pilates training and as preparation for your exam!

From 9:00 to 13:00: upper extremities, cervical spine and thoracic spine
From 14:00 to 18:00: lower extremities, pelvis and lumbar spine
